Our shipping process is divided into two key phases: Processing and Delivery. Below, you will find detailed information about each phase to help you understand how we handle your orders from the moment you click "Purchase" to when the products reach you.

Processing Time

Duration: All orders are subject to a processing time of 1-3 business days, depending on the volume of orders and product availability. Processing includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. 

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 7-12 days for the US, 7-15 for most of other countries. 

Please note, these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs clearance, carrier delays, and holidays.

Additional Information

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking information. With this, you can follow the journey of your package in real-time.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: My Beauty Room is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Lost/Missing Packages: My Beauty Room is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will take full responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
